Shipping

Every order ships directly from our facility in Korea — tracked door to door, to 60+ countries. We process and dispatch within 1–3 business days.

• Standard — 4–7 business days in much of Europe, 13–17 business days to the United States, and 14–21 business days in regions served by K-Packet (Korea Post's international parcel service).
• Express — available in most regions, typically 4–8 business days.

Free standard shipping on orders over $74.99 in your country. For the exact window and rate for your address, use the delivery estimator above — it updates the moment you pick your country.

Delivery windows are estimates in business days after dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Import duties or VAT may apply depending on your country; these are set by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Start your return from your account — click the profile icon, open your order, and click Request return. No password needed; we email you a six-digit code. You can also email support@freshglowup.com.
• Please wait for approval before sending anything back — we'll email you the return address and instructions.
• Shipping into the EU? You also have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason, on the same condition.
• Gift cards can't be returned.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a little longer to post the credit.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Contact us right away with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — the sealed-packaging rule doesn't apply in these cases.

Getting started

Patch test first — dab a little on your inner forearm or behind the ear and leave it a day before using it on your face. Introduce one new product at a time, a week or two apart, so you can tell what your skin is responding to. If anything stings, itches, or turns red, stop using it.

Where it goes in your routine

K-beauty layers thin to thick: cleanser → toner → essence, serum, or ampoule → moisturizer, and sunscreen last every morning. Let each layer settle for a moment before the next one — no need to wait for it to dry completely.

New to this? Our 4-product starter routine walks through the whole thing.

What not to layer at once

Exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA), vitamin C, and retinal are best kept apart — alternate them across mornings and evenings, or across days, rather than stacking them in one sitting. See the layering map for what pairs safely with what.

Storing your products

• Keep everything in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight — a shelf away from the shower steam beats the windowsill or the car.
• Close caps and droppers tightly. Vitamin C keeps its potency longest sealed and away from heat.
• Water-light textures like essences and ampoules are best finished within their open-jar period.
• No need to refrigerate — but a sheet mask chilled for ten minutes is a nice touch in summer.

Reading the date on Korean packaging

Korean cosmetics print dates as year-month-day (for example, 2027.03.15), with two common markings:

• 까지 (kkaji) or EXP — use by this date.
• 제조 (jejo) — the date it was made, not the expiry.

The open-jar symbol (12M, 6M…) tells you how many months the product stays fresh once opened. Unsure about a marking on your bottle? Send us a photo and we'll read it for you.

A note on ingredients

Some of K-beauty's most-loved ingredients — snail mucin, propolis, honey — are animal-derived, so check the ingredient list on the product page if a fully vegan formula matters to you. Curious what snail mucin actually does? We wrote about it honestly here.
